Bill Fox serves as Founder and President of The Fox Alliance. Based in Austin, TX, he has over 31 years of experience as a Wealth Advisor.

Bill first became interested in the financial industry while studying finance in college. However, while working as an accountant he realized that his true passion was in serving people: specifically helping them build and preserve their financial future.

In 1986 he began working as a financial representative with New England Financial. It was there that Bill learned about the importance of establishing trust, which became a simple yet pivotal foundation in the way he decided to conduct business.

By developing meaningful relationships with his clients and their families, he could better understand the complexities of their situation and provide them with a more personalized financial planning approach. In addition, his background in finance and accounting kept his approach factual and educational, which positioned him differently for clients who were used to the more sales-driven financial representative.

Beyond his seasoned experience in the industry, he:

• Holds securities licenses 7 and 63 through LPL Financial
• Chartered Life Underwriter® and Chartered Financial Consultant® designations
• Received his Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.

After nearly 30 years, he founded The Fox Alliance to provide a truly independent and comprehensive approach to wealth management that focuses on the person just as much as the portfolio.

Outside of the office, Bill enjoys spending time with his wife, Toni, and their five children, two daughters-in-law, granddaughter, and grandson (his son, Holden, works with him at the firm). He also enjoys golf, swimming, and leading a home group at his local church.

Experience and Background

Holden, a born and raised Austinite, is the Managing Partner at The Fox Alliance.

His first job out of college was working as a Policy Analyst for the Texas House of Representatives. There, he worked on proposed legislation in the areas of business, finance, insurance and infrastructure.

Holden received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Thomas Edison State College. He holds securities licenses 7 and 66, as well as his life and health insurance license. He is also a Certified Wealth Strategist® professional and Accredited Investment Fiduciary®.

Outside of the office, Holden enjoys staying active. He is a Level One certified CrossFit Coach. Holden is also an active member of several local non-profit organizations, including ABBA (Austin Bridge Builders Alliance), as well as their church, Austin Ridge Bible Church.

He and his wife are proud parents to their daughter, Sofia, and their two sons, William and Michael.

Experience and Background

Josh Renfro is a Wealth Advisor at The Fox Alliance. He first entered the industry working in client services and financial planning. However, his desire to help families improve their financial well-being and create legacies inspired him to become a financial advisor. His approach is simple: to offer clients strategies that respect their financial goals.

Before joining The Fox Alliance, Josh worked with Petra Benefits Financial Services, WCM Global Wealth, and Met Life.

He holds securities licenses 7, 63, and 65 through LPL Financial and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from Thomas Edison State College.

Outside of serving his clients he enjoys music, firearms, fishing, and outdoor sports.

Experience and Background

Roland began his accounting career as an Internal Auditor in 2012 and transitioned to public accounting in 2014. He holds a BBA from Florida Atlantic University, an MBA from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Master of Accountancy from UTSA.

After living in Florida for a long time, Roland has called San Antonio home for the past 16 years. When asked about his hobbies, he jokingly says, “I’m a CPA, there’s no downtime!”

Experience and Background

Atulya was born in India and grew up in Dubai and Toronto before moving to Texas. She has developed a career in tax services within public accounting in Dallas, though it was her husband's job that brought the family to Austin. Atulya finds tax work rewarding because it allows her to build personal connections with her clients.

She holds a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a Certified Public Accountant.

In her spare time, Atulya enjoys cooking and traveling with her husband and two daughters.

Experience and Background

Shawn Fogarty is a distinguished strategic executive with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, financial stewardship, and organizational growth across public, private, and global sectors. Known for his ability to align and optimize complex, multi-billion-dollar portfolios, Shawn consistently delivers measurable results as a visionary leader, analytical thinker, and trusted advisor.

As Director of Operations for The Fox Alliance, Shawn oversees key initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen client services, and support the firm’s optimization and growth.

Before joining The Fox Alliance, Shawn served as the Director of Operations and Aviation for U.S. Army South Headquarters, culminating in retirement after a 23-year career with the United States Army. As an Aviation Officer and helicopter pilot, he led operations in dynamic, high-stakes environments worldwide. His exemplary leadership and service have been recognized with numerous commendations, including multiple Air Medals, a Bronze Star, and the Legion of Merit.

Shawn holds a Master of Science in Leadership (with distinction) and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics (cum laude) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

He resides in San Antonio, Texas, with his wife, Marissa and their five daughters, Ally (studying at Texas A&M), Savannah, Carolina, Michaela, and Evelyn, along with their two Goldendoodles, Winstin and Prada.

Meet Sarina, a true San Antonio native, born and raised. With an impressive track record in customer service, Sarina has spent 11 years perfecting her ability to connect with people, anticipate their needs, and deliver exceptional solutions. Her unwavering attention to detail ensures that every task is handled with precision and care.

Beyond her professional life, Sarina finds joy in indulging in her various interests. Gardening is a cherished pastime, offering her solace as she nurtures plants and creates a beautiful natural sanctuary. When she's not in the garden, you can often find her exploring the great outdoors, with a special fondness for relaxing on the beach and immersing herself in the calming waves of the ocean.

Joe is a tax and bookkeeping professional with over 30 years of experience. Joe usually prepares an average of 350 tax returns per year, including individual, corporate, partnership, and LLC returns. He has been happily married for 48 years to his beautiful wife, Mija, and they have three children and one granddaughter.

Before his work in this industry, he was a retired US Army officer, serving for most of his military career as a medevac helicopter pilot.

Joe has a Master of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Webster University. He is very active at Thousand Oaks Bible Church.

Travis is a born-and-raised Texan, growing up in San Antonio. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young, in its assurance practice in Dallas, TX. It was not long before Travis realized he wanted to do work with a more direct impact on people’s lives. Through his search for this, he found The Fox Alliance and moved back to Austin to join them in August of 2017.

Travis received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds his securities 7 and 66 registrations. Travis is a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor.

Outside the office, he participates in soccer and volleyball social leagues. He spends most of his free time at Town Lake and the surrounding parks with his friends and his dog, Colt.

Steve graduated from UT in 1979 with a BBA in Accounting and was certified in 1982. He has worked as a CPA for over 17 years.

Briana attended the University of Texas at Austin before relocating to Colorado. While there, she spent time in the hospitality industry while studying nutrition and holistic health. Although she loves the mountains, Briana is happy to be back home in her native Texas. In her free time Briana enjoys kayaking, biking, reading and traveling abroad.

Sam joined The Fox Alliance in July of 2025 as an HR Manager. She has worked in the Human Resources field within various tech finance groups for over a decade, most recently serving as the Head of HR - Americas at Papaya Global and as an Executive Board member of the San Antonio Human Resource Management Organization.

Sam received her Masters of Business Administration with a focus in HR and Organizational Design from Texas A&M University in San Antonio, TX. In addition, she holds a Senior HR credential, SHRM-SCP, through the Society of Human Resources.

In her free time Sam loves to spend time with her two daughters, pursue creative arts through painting, and work towards her goal of becoming a professional body builder.

Ariadna grew up in Houston, Texas, and moved to San Antonio to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio, drawn to the city’s welcoming community, culture, and opportunities. She earned her BBA in Accounting and began her journey with The Fox Alliance as an intern before transitioning into a full-time role.

She believes that when it comes to running a business, time is money—and the work she does helps her clients save both. Ariadna values building personal connections, finding it rewarding to see individuals and businesses better understand and manage their finances. She’s currently working toward her CPA to further her expertise and continue guiding others toward their goals.

Outside of the office, Ariadna enjoys staying active, exploring new trails when she travels, trying out new recipes and cuisines, and singing karaoke with friends.

Experience and Background

Donn grew up in a military family (Marines), so even though he is Texan by birth, he grew up all over the US, and even overseas (Morocco). Donn has lived in San Antonio for most of his adult life. He has been working in bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation for over 25 years.

Away from the office, Donn enjoys studying ancient history, collecting Roman coins, and exploring the Texas Hill Country on his Harley with his wife Dorene.
